3. The overlap rate is set on the touch screen, controlled by PLC, and the belt's forming point remains stable during acceleration, deceleration, and normal operation.

4. The winding tension is regulated by magnetic powder tension winding, maintaining constant tension from full to empty without manual adjustment.
