The unwinding rate can be adjusted within the range of 0-100% to meet the wire requirements for the stranding process, thereby enhancing production efficiency by over 30% compared to previous unwinding machines. When the unwinding machine is set at 33%, assuming a twisting speed of 1400 rpm and a stranding distance of 10MM, the production capacity is 28 meters of wire per minute. For triple stranding at a rotational speed of 1600 rpm and a stranding distance of 10MM, the production capacity is 48 meters of wire per minute. Triple stranding demonstrates a 30% increase in production capacity compared to traditional stranding.
