Equipment Structure

Includes payoff rack, tension rack, host, machine head, vulcanization pipeline, cooling, traction, vertical storage line, powder feeder, wire take-up device, electrical control, etc.

Technical Features

1. PLC + touch screen control, enabling full process control, adjustment, and monitoring of various process parameters on the production line.

2. Utilizes silicone specialized screws, screw barrels, machine heads, eye molds, and supporting structures to prevent internal vulcanization.

3. Equipped with a silicone dedicated adjustable self-centering machine head and water-cooled automatic or manual control system.

4. Features a precision detection feedback system to ensure accurate wire diameter and significantly reduce costs.
