This equipment is designed for the twisting of core wires in various power cables, data cables, control cables, and other specialized cables, while simultaneously completing central and side wrapping.

Structure of Equipment

The equipment includes a pay-off rack (active pay-off, passive pay-off, active untwist pay-off, passive untwist pay-off), single strander host, center wrapping machine, side winding wrapping machine, meter counting device, electronic control system, and other components.

Technical Features

1. The pay-off device consists of two double disc pay-off racks, which can be arranged in a straight line or back to back.

2. The active wire laying adopts PLC full computer control and constant tension control to ensure uniform twisting of four pairs of twisted wires and stable pitch.

3. Single pitch stranding, stable stranding pitch, available in two models: gear stranding and computer stranding, to meet the different needs of customers.

4. The rotating body of this machine has small inertia, high speed, and smooth operation.
