This equipment is suitable for the manufacturing of solar photovoltaic cables, low smoke zero halogen (LSZH) material cables, irradiation cables, and XL-PE cross-linked polyethylene cables. It is also applicable for the extrusion of conventional plastics such as PVC and PE, primarily used for the extrusion production of solar photovoltaic cables with a cross-sectional area of 4 square millimeters and 6 square millimeters.
1. Precise control of the extrusion process, enabling the outer diameter error to be maintained within ± 0.05mm, and achieving a production speed of over 150 meters for 6 square millimeter cables.
2. Specifically equipped with a horizontal extrusion attachment machine to meet special process technical requirements such as double-layer co-extrusion.
3. Equipped with an advanced irradiation material double-layer co-extrusion machine head to ensure various process requirements such as insulation thickness and concentricity of the product.
4. Equipped with a quick-change flange head, enabling rapid shutdown and double-layer color change, significantly enhancing production efficiency.
5. The screw barrel adopts the latest structural design from Japan, capable of simultaneously handling the extrusion of LSZH materials and ordinary PVC materials without the need for screw replacement, ensuring good plasticizing effects and high extrusion volume.
6. Utilizes PLC and professional CNC software, industrial computer control, storage display, and correction of various process parameters, enabling comprehensive process control, adjustment, and monitoring of production line status.
