This equipment is designed for the production of low smoke zero halogen cables, irradiation cables, and XL-PE cross-linked polyethylene cables. It is also suitable for the extrusion of conventional plastics such as PVC and PE, primarily used for the extrusion production of low smoke zero halogen cables.
1. It features precise extrusion process control, ensuring an outer diameter error of ± 0.05mm.
2. It can be equipped with a horizontal extrusion attachment machine to meet special process technical requirements such as double-layer co-extrusion.
3. Advanced irradiation material double-layer co-extrusion machine heads can be integrated to ensure various process requirements such as product insulation thickness and concentricity.
4. Equipped with a fast-connecting flange head, enabling quick shutdown and double-layer color change, significantly enhancing production efficiency.
5. The screw barrel adopts the latest Japanese structural design, capable of simultaneously handling the extrusion of low smoke zero halogen materials and ordinary PVC materials without the need for screw replacement, ensuring good plasticizing effects and large extrusion volume.
6. Utilizes PLC and professional CNC software, industrial computer control, storage display, and correction of various process parameters, enabling comprehensive process control, adjustment, and monitoring of production line status.
