Technical Features

Utilizes high-sensitivity active wire laying, digital tension controller for stable and adjustable tension, high-speed operation, and production efficiency twice that of vertical tape wrapping. Maintains constant tension from empty to full, mechanical winding distance, acceleration and deceleration, and constant winding distance during normal operation. Adopts a shaft row structure for winding position, allowing arbitrary setting of winding distance. Synchronous completion of tape wrapping, enabling the production of high-frequency wires such as HDMI and DP with a 100% qualification rate.
