Designed for the production of high-temperature resistant Teflon (fluoroplastic), wires, sleeves, various thin skin insulation multi-layer extrusion, local cable data cable core wire extrusion, external extrusion, etc.
1. Suitable for processing fluoroplastics such as FEP (polyfluoroethylene propylene, also known as F46), FPA (oxidized alkoxyethylene resin), and ENHFE (also known as F40).
2. Screw Barrel: All made of new No. 3 steel GH113 (the same material as GDA in the United States), which is corrosion-resistant and high-temperature resistant, or imported Hastelloy steel C-276.
3. Machine Head: Special adjustable or adjustable machine head made of GH113 material from new No. 3 alloy steel, or imported Microdia machine head and vacuum pumping device from Switzerland.
4. Heating System: Utilizes high-temperature resistant cast copper alloy heaters.
5. Quality Control: Equipped with an outer diameter detection feedback device, a Japanese TAKIKAWA concave and convex detector to fully control the outer diameter of the product, a British BETA water capacitance tester, a high-frequency spark machine, and process parameters such as concentricity.
