Crawler-type traction machines are utilized in the manufacturing process of wires, optical cables, and communication cables, serving as auxiliary traction equipment for the main machine or operating independently as traction equipment.

Technical Features

The main frame of the entire machine is fabricated from high-quality steel plates, which are machined and bored as a whole, ensuring excellent rigidity and integrity, thus facilitating extremely convenient installation.

The towed product is resistant to bending deformation. Its traction force and speed have a wide adjustment range, enabling adaptation to various cable production scenarios and specifications.

The pressure belt mechanism of the track traction system incorporates a cylinder pressure roller device at the top and bottom, manually controlled by a pressure regulating valve to adjust the required air pressure for tension, compression, and release, meeting the demands of cable technology.

The two ends of the traction machine are equipped with horizontal and vertical conductors to maintain the cable’s running center unchanged.
