Copper wire preheater

This equipment is designed for the online induction heating of various metal wires to achieve excellent peel resistance of the manufactured product. It features a robust heating function, stable performance, and a wide application range. Additionally, it automatically tracks the speed of copper wire discharge independently of the discharge speed, ensuring tight adhesion between the copper wire and the insulation layer. It is suitable for the online preheating of 0.5-4.0mm soft conductors, providing heating intensity similar to that of high-frequency preheaters.
