Utilizing multi-head wire drawing, parallel laying of copper wires, and coiling machine for active wire laying, or employing rewinding, rewinding, and extrusion production for ease of operation, this is a single-disc wire laying equipment with constant tension and no torsion.
1. Suitable wire type: suitable for copper wire, insulated core wire harness stranding, or cable stranding, etc.
2. Applicable wire diameter: Φ 0.08-0.5mm for multiple parallel copper wires,
3. Maximum line speed: 0-100m/min. The release speed is synchronized with the host.

2. Active pay-off, suitable for spool specifications: 630mm
3. Shaftless active pay-off, equipped with 2.2KW Taiwan Shengbang reduction motor and Hipmount frequency converter.
4. The frequency converter controls the tension of the payline and automatically adjusts it. When the take-up speed slows down, the frequency converter controls the speed of the main machine. Simultaneously, the displacement sensor reaches the lowest position, and the payline resistance of the payline reel increases with the brake.
5. Control: All electrical components are imported. It is equipped with an ammeter, start and stop control devices, which can automatically track the speed of the take-up host, link with the take-up machine for control, and automatically stop when the wire is broken. The electrical installation plate is made of insulating materials.
6. Tension controller:
a. The frame is constructed of high-quality profile steel and welded steel plates, ensuring sturdiness and aesthetics.
b. Using a swing arm to control the release speed of the release motor, a cylinder is installed on the swing rod, and the pressure of the cylinder can be adjusted through a pressure regulating valve to change the release tension.
c. Automatically track the take-up speed of the stranding machine to maintain a constant payout speed and tension.
7. Wire reel lifting: Utilize a hydraulic forklift (provided by the customer) to manually load and unload the wire reel.
8. Machine direction: Operator facing the machine, wire laying on the left, and wire winding on the main machine of the stranding machine on the right.
9. Machine color: Apple green, (same as existing equipment).
