3. The continuous production of double swing barrels without stopping not only improves production efficiency but also reduces raw material waste during shutdown threading.

4. It can be equipped with a mobile horizontal extrusion attachment machine or other forms of attachment machine to meet the diversified process technical requirements of single injection strip, double injection strip, and nylon co-extrusion.

5. Equipped with a quick color change system, enabling color change without stopping the machine, thereby reducing the scrap rate and improving work efficiency.

6. Depending on process requirements, it can be equipped with a computer automatic shaking disc film wrapping integrated machine, dual-axis automatic change axis take-up machine, ordinary dual-axis semi-automatic take-up machine, and simple coil forming machine.

7. Quality control: Equipped with an outer diameter detection feedback device, enabling full control of the product's outer diameter, concentricity, and other process parameters.

8. Electric control: Utilizes imported frequency converter and PLC touch screen control.
