Comprises pay-off rack (active pay-off, passive pay-off, active untwist pay-off, passive untwist pay-off), single strander host, center taping machine, side winding taping machine, meter counting device, electronic control system, and more.
- 1.The pay-off device consists of two double-disc pay-off racks that can be arranged in a straight line or back to back.
- 2.Adopts PLC full computer control and constant tension control for active wire laying, ensuring uniform twisting of four pairs of twisted wires and stable lay length.
- 3.Offers single lay length stranding with stable stranding lay length. There are two models available: gear stranding and computer stranding to meet diverse customer requirements.
- 4.The rotating body of this machine has low inertia, high speed, and smooth operation.
